This bond keeps the Toppik Hair Fibres in place throughout the day, and are resistant to rain, wind and perspiration. They will remain in place until you next shampoo your hair.
Directions
Toppik Hair Fibres: Shake Toppik Fibres liberally into thinning areas. For best results, apply to clean freshly dried hair before use of styling products. Pat hair gently after application to settle fibres in place.
