Delivery,Returns and Refunds

Standard Delivery: Please allow 2-9 working days for standard delivery via Australia Post eParcel.
Express delivery: Please allow 2-4 working days for express delivery via Express Post.
Please note: Orders received before midnight will be dispatched the following business day.
Express Delivery orders are delivered 1 business day after dispatch date to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and 3 business days after dispatch date to all other locations. Check if your suburb is within the Express Post network.
C&D makes no guarantee around delivery times. However, if you have any questions or queries about the delivery or non-delivery of Products please contact C&D customer service on 1300 554 123.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products purchased from Toppik.com.au, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from receipt.
Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original debit/credit card used. Depending on the type of card used it make take from 2 to 5 business days for a refund to be credited.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
We will respond to all queries within 3 working days.
How to submit your refund/exchange request
It is important that you keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and ideally retain the original packaging in the condition in which it was provided. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.

Once we have successfully received the product back you will then be entitled to a refund or replacement from us. Refunds will be paid within thirty (30) days of product receipt. If you have requested an exchange this will be managed within the same timeframe as the refund process.
Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method. No cash refunds are available. When returning items, please send by a method that can be tracked since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Your original invoice/ packing slip must be enclosed along with details of the reason for the return. Original postage and packaging costs and those incurred returning the item(s) are not refundable.
